On How to Make Good Use of Foreign Language Periodical Resource

外文期刊内容新、参考性强,是图书馆馆藏的重要组成部分。但因经费不足、读者外语水平等因素的影响导致了外文期刊资源的低利用率,因而本文对如何提高其利用率提出了几点对策。

Because of its new contains and good reference, ,foreign language periodical has been a large and important part in library documents. But due to the short of funds and readers different levels of foreign language, the foreign periodical resource hasn＇t been used fully. In this article, the author tries to give some instructions about how to make good use of it.
