生产某些化工产品需要测定其回收溶剂甲醇、汽油、丁醇、水四元组份的含量，以便回收再利用时确保其工艺条件。采用两台气相色谱仪来完成该项分析，其中水含量的测定采用专用色谱仪、利用外标法定量，并运用了回归直线方程求出水含量。其它三组份由３４００色谱仪完成，内标法定量。整项分析操作简单，数据准确，完全可以满足工艺要求。
