摘要
生产某些化工产品需要测定其回收溶剂甲醇、汽油、丁醇、水四元组份的含量,以便回收再利用时确保其工艺条件。采用两台气相色谱仪来完成该项分析,其中水含量的测定采用专用色谱仪、利用外标法定量,并运用了回归直线方程求出水含量。其它三组份由3400色谱仪完成,内标法定量。整项分析操作简单,数据准确,完全可以满足工艺要求。
In this paper,the analysis of methanol,gasoline,buthanol and water in some chemical products is discussed Two gas chromatographs are involved in this method One is for the determination of water content,and the other for the determination of methanol,gasoline and buthanol The external standard method and the regression straight line equation are used for the former analysis This method is featured by simple operation,quick response,good separation and satisfactory results
