知识产权保护直接关联经济利益,山东省对韩国农产品贸易中的知识产权保护存在一些不足。本文着眼韩国知识产权保护现状,从山东与韩国农产品贸易状况,韩国对外国地理标志的保护等方面入手,为山东与韩国农产品贸易中的知识产权保护提供了若干可行性方案。

The intellectual property protection relates to benefit directly. There are some shortcomings in intellectual property protection of agricultural trade between Shandong and Korea. This article studies on the Korea intellectual property protection. Aims the status on agricultural trade between the two countries, and the geographical indications protection between Korea and other countries. Ways be suggested on how to protect the intellectual property protection of agricultural trade between Shandong and Korea.
