摘要
采用多普勒激光测速仪(LDV)及配备的频移装置,对双锥体结构水力旋流器切向速度进行测试并找出了分布规律。分析研究结果表明,旋流器的切向速度场由外部准自由涡和内部准强制涡两个区域构成,其分界面为最大切向速度vtmax的轨迹面,结构设计合理时,此轨迹面为一圆柱面。从切向速度场的分布规律可看出,双锥体结构水力旋流器的速度分布合理,流场稳定,可得到较好的分离效果。
The tangent velocity of doublecone type
hydrocyclones is measured accurately with the LDV equipped with a frequencywiden device,
and the distribution law of the tangent velocity is found. And it is noted that the velocity field in a
hydrocyclone is divided to two areas, i.e. the outer parafreevortex and the inner paraforced
vortex. The boundary surface of the velocity field is the maximum tangent velocity track
surface, which is a cylinder when the hydrocyclone's structure is reasonable. It is concluded
that the velocity distribution of the doublecone type hydrocyclone is rational, and its flow field is
stable and it can obtain better separation effect.
