摘要
研制的垫片高温性能试验装置,成功地解决了高温下泄漏率精确测量等技术难题。试验装置由机架、试验法兰、垫片加载系统、试验介质给定系统、泄漏率测量系统、加热和温度控制系统以及数据采集系统等组成。采用微差压变送器和温度传感器测定测漏空腔内试验介质压力和温度的微小变化,根据理想气体状态方程计算出泄漏率。该装置测试精度高,试验结果重复性好,操作简便,试验范围较广,造价低廉,是垫片高温性能研究和产品质量检验的理想设备。
The test machine for gasket performances at elevated temperature is developed. The technical
problems, such as the measurement of leakage rate at elevated temperature and the
improvement of measuring accuracy, are successfully solved. This test machine consists of
stand, rigid flanges, gasket load system, test medium pressure system, leak detection system,
heating system, temperature control system and data acquisition and process system. Based
on the state equation of ideal gases, the leakage rate is obtained by measuring the change of
test medium pressure and temperature with a micro pressure difference sensor and some
temperature sensors. This apparatus possesses the advantages of high testing accuracy,
satisfactory reproducibility of experimental results, simple operation, low price and good
suitability for various gaskets. It is the practical equipment both for the research on gasket
performances at elevated temperature and for the quality inspection of gasket products.
