摘要 通过分析抽油杆柱在下冲程的受力状况,建立相应的力学模型,推导出抽油杆柱在下冲程时的弯曲变形挠度方程,得出直井抽油杆柱中和点以下部分在受压状态下发生正弦弯曲的结论,进而给出了抽油杆柱扶正器的最佳安装位置及安装间距的计算公式,并列出据此计算出的不同冲程和冲次下扶正器的安装间距值。实例计算表明,按上述公式计算确定的扶正器安装位置与现场实际要求基本相符,按计算结果安装扶正器后,抽油杆及接箍没有发生偏磨。指出加重杆的作用是十分重要的。 On the basis of an analysis of force condition of sucker rod string during the down stroke, and by establishing corresponding mechanical models, the equation for the bending deflection of the rod string is worked out, and it is concluded that the deformation of the part of rod string below the neutral point is sinusoidal bending under pressure. Thereby the equations for calculating the optimum locating positions and intervals of the rod centralizers, and the values of the locating intervals with different strokes and pumping speeds are calculated. An example of calculation shows that the calculated values accord with the field operating requirements, and the sucker rod and couplings are not worn after the rod centralizers are installed according to the result of the calculation. It is also indicated that the sinker bar is of great importance.
