摘要
设计了一种以MEMS加速度传感器和无线射频芯片CC2430为核心的刀具磨损检测系统,完成了系统的软硬件设计、制作与系统调试,研制出了试验样机。对刀具磨损监测系统进行了积极的探索,为刀具监测系统研究探索了一种新的思路,丰富和发展了刀具监测技术。
Tool wear monitoring system was designed On the basis of RF CC2430. Hardware and software design and system testing were accomplished. The paper has developed tool wear monitoring system, and a new idea for the practicality of monitoring system is also explored, which enriches and develops the tool wear monitoring technique.
