摘要 本文主要阐述了利用离子色谱同步分离及检测城市环境中植物样品中Cu2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、和Mn2+等重金属离子含量的新方法。检测方法中使用了乙二酸-硝酸钠洗脱液进行浓度梯度洗脱,成功分离各金属离子,同时使用电导检测器进行检测。方法检出限低(μg/L),校准曲线线性良好,能应用于检测植物标准样品及城市环境中的植物样品的重金属离子含量。 A new method for simultaneous separation and determination of Cu^2+,Ni^2+,Zn^2+ and Mn^2+ in plant samples from the urban environment by ion chromatography was developed by ion chromatography. In this procedure, all of these metals were separated by a concentration gradient of the eluents containing oxalic acid and sodium nitrate, and detected by conductivity detector. The detection limits of this method were low (~Lg/L), and the calibration graphs were linear. This technique was validated in analyzing standard references and real samples of plants from the urban environment.
