摘要
采用微型反应器,以正庚烷为原料,在一定反应温度和液空速为10h-1条件下,考察烃类裂化催化剂CRC-3的选择性活性随老化时间的变化规律。模拟工业流化催化裂化(FCC)条件人工制备钒中毒催化剂,对其反应选择性活性进行考察。然后制备碳酸锶组分的钝钒剂,考察不同碳酸锶加量的钝钒效果。数据表明:任一碳酸锶加量作为钝钒剂均能起到一定的钝钒效果,而向被钒中毒的催化剂中加入10%左右的碳酸锶起到最佳的钝钒效果。
Taking n-heptane as the raw matrials, under the conditions of the constant reacting temperature and the liquid space velocity of 10h-1, the regularity of selecting activity of CRC-3 catalsts changing with steam treating times was observed by using micro-reactor equipment. At imitating the condition of industrial fiuid catalytic crack (FCC), a series of catalysts poisotal by vandium were prepared, and their reacting activity were observed and studied by MAT. Then the Vandium passivator of strontium carbonate component were prepared and the effects of vandium passivated by adding various amount strontium carbonate were studied. The results of MAT show that any amount of strontium carbonate component as vandium passivator is effect, and the optimum adding ratio of strontium component is about ten percent.
