一种新型防垢剂的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SCALE INHIBITOR

将丙烯酰胺（ＡＭ）、丙烯酸（ＡＡ）和甲基丙烯酸（ＭＡＡ）共聚，合成了一种新的防垢剂，测定了合成产品针对ＣａＣＯ３成垢体系和ＣａＳＯ４成垢体系的防垢率，并评价了成垢体系离子浓度、体系温度、体系平衡时间对防垢率的影响．结果表明，产品具有很强的防垢、抗温及持久作用能力．

Based on the practical using of poly-acrylic acid scale control agent, a modified agent is synthesized in order to enhance its resistance to heat, high Ca 2+ condition and to prolong its reaction time.The properties of the product are detected including its scale control efficiency and its relationship with temperature, ion concentration and scaling time.The results show the product has high antiscaling capability and heat resistance,and it can also be used for a long time.
