摘要
异形游梁式抽油机与常规游梁式抽油机的区别在于，前者游梁后臂制成一个半径按一定规律变化的变径圆弧形状，游梁后臂与横梁之间采用柔性件联接。现场应用结果表明，这种抽油机不仅保留了常规型游梁式抽油机坚固耐用、工作可靠、维护方便的特点，还具有运转平稳、附加载荷小、冲程长、平衡效果好、能耗低、综合效率高等优点。
Abstract The difference between the new type unconventional beam pumping unit and the conventional beam pumping unit is the shape of the rear arm of walking beam is made into a circular are which diameter vary with a certain calculation formula and the connection between the walking arm and the cross beam is flexible. Field application shows that it not only has the advantages of the conventional beam pumping unit, such as firm structure, reliable working station, easy to maintenance etc., but also running stable, smaller additional, long stroke, better equilibrium, lower power consume, and higher comprehensive efficiency etc..
