摘要
详细研究了使用磷酸处理碱法三角黄草黑液工艺过程及影响因素,得到提取木质素的适宜条件:pH值为2.5左右,保温温度55℃,保温时间20-30min,加酸速度以不产生泡沫为准,可使得黑液的色度大大降低,COD去除率达69.1%,而且具有较高附加值的磷酸副产物可进一步加以利用,对黑液的工业化处理提供了一个方法。
Compared with the traditional process of extracting lignin,the phosphoric acid process was studied in detail from the triangle yellow grass black liquor.The optional technical conditions had been got as followed: pH=2.5,T=55℃,t=20~30min.Moreover,during the experiment,acid was added with a middle speed and no froths produced.Under the above conditions,the removal rate of the chromaticity was great,and the removal rate of the COD reached 69.1%.In addition,the phosphatic by-products could be further use,what had higher added-value.
