高强度聚焦超声治疗肿瘤的临床疗效评价

摘要 高强度聚集超声(HIFU)通过破坏肿瘤的血管或直接杀死肿瘤细胞,达到杀死、减小肿瘤,减少肿瘤转移,并且对晚期肿瘤具有止痛作用,提高患者生活质量。HIFU联合其他疗法对肿瘤细胞的杀死起进一步的协同作用,更好地杀死肿瘤细胞,降低远期复发率。在实体性肿瘤的治疗中,HIFU治疗具有许多优点,创伤小、不良反应小、可重复治疗等。 By destroying tumor vessels or directly killing tumor ceils, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) kills tumors or reduces tumor volume and decreases metastasis,lessens patients pain in advanced stage tumors and improves patients life quality. HIFU in combination with other therapies can kill more tumor cells, reduce long-term recurrence rate and achieve synergetic effect. HIFU therapy has many advantages, such as little trauma, small side effects and repeatable treatment and so on.
