摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是导致人类发生慢性活动性胃炎、消化性溃疡的主要病原菌,并且与胃腺癌、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的发生也密切相关.Hp诱导产生的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)作为第二信使招致粒细胞在局部聚集,是引起胃部炎症反应以及进一步病理损害的重要调节因子.在Hp感染性胃疾病中,胃粘膜中的IL-17蛋白表达明显增加.
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori or Hp) is the major pathogen which causes human chronic active gastritis and peptic ulcer. Hp is closely related to gastric adenocareinoma, gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. As the second messenger,IL-17 induced by Hp aggregated of granulocyte cells in parts of stomach. IL-17 is an important regulator which causes stomach inflammation and further pathological damages. The expression of IL-17 protein in the gastric mucosa increased significantly in patients with gastric diseases caused by Hp.
