人自然杀伤细胞体外活化扩增技术研究进展 被引量:2

The research progress of ex vivo expansion of human natural killer cells

摘要 自然杀伤细胞(NK)对不同来源的肿瘤细胞都具有很强的杀伤作用,在肿瘤的免疫治疗方面有着良好的应用和发展前景.因此在体外获得足够数量的高杀伤活性的NK细胞不但是研究NK细胞生物学特性的前提条件,同时也是将NK细胞应用到临床上的重要保证.了解人NK细胞活化扩增方法,以期达到临床治疗所需数量和杀伤活性,可为临床上应用NK细胞治疗肿瘤奠定了基础. Owning to their potent anti-tumor function towards a wide range of tumor cells,natural killet cells(NK)have a promising future in immunotherapy.Sufficient amount of active NK cells in vitro is the prerequisites not only for the research of their biological properties,but also for their clinical practice.This article summarizes methods for the activation and proliferation of NK cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells so as to meet the requisites of clinical treatment in both quality and quantity,furthermore,to lay solid foundation for the immunotherapy towards the malignant cells.
