摘要
在知识经济时代,组织的知识获取能力是生存发展的基础。为适应市场变化和激烈竞争,工程项目管理中必须清楚其知识管理现状,进而提升其知识管理能力,这需要一套完整的、适合工程项目特点的知识管理理论和方法。本文界定了工程项目知识管理的内涵,提出知识管理能力的7个构成要素,构建了模型及研究假设,设计了各要素能力的度量量表。通过问卷调查获取了研究数据资料,对量表进行信度、效度检验,并由此构建了各要素能力的度量指标体系。通过结构方程对概念模型进行了检验,从而明确了知识获取能力的相关性要素和影响程度。
In the knowledge economy era,the capability of knowledge acquisition is the basis for organizations' survival and development.In order to meet the change of market and the fierce competition,it is necessary to understand the status of knowledge management,and then to improve its ability for the management of construction project.So a set of complete knowledge management theory and method,which is suitable for construction project,is important.This paper defines knowledge management for construction project,gives seven elements of knowledge acquisition ability,makes model and hypothesis,and designs the measure form for each element.Make questionnaire survey to get data,do reliability and validity testing,and build measurement indicator system for the seven elements.Use structural equation modeling to test conceptual model,and make sure knowledge acquisition capability's pertinence and influence degree.
