郊区宅基地置换区土地集约利用与经营模式研究——以上海市为例

On Intensive Land Use and Management Patterns of House Sites Replacement Area in Suburbs of Shanghai

本文主要探讨的是以上海市农村宅基地置换基地为研究对象，研究宅基地置换区的土地集约利用与经营模式。通过调查上海郊区现有的土地经营模式，对上海宅基地置换区内现有的土地集约利用和经营模式进行研究和分析，提出一个合理的宅基地置换区土地集约利用与经营模式，以实现土地的最优利用。

We can make use of land resource rationally and economically to strive for new developmental space for economic development of city by replacing countryside house sites. In this article, taking house sites replacement of suburban area in Shanghai as the research object, we study land intensively utilizing and manage patterns of house sites replacement area. Through investigating modem land management patterns of Shanghai countryside, we make a research and analysis on modem intensive land use and management patterns of Shanghai house sites replacement area, and raise a reasonable intensive land use and management patterns of house sites replacement area to realize optimal land use.
