第212例 腹痛-血便-真性红细胞增多症 被引量：2

摘要 病历摘要 患者男，48岁。因腹痛、便血1个月于2009年11月20日入院。患者1个月前无诱因突然出现脐周剧烈弥漫性绞痛，腹痛持续不缓解。约2h后排鲜血便，共10余次，每次约100—200ml，无发热、呕吐。就诊于外院急诊，查体腹软，无压痛，腹膜刺激征（-）。予对症治疗后腹痛减轻，范围逐渐局限于脐周，仍为阵发性绞痛，每次间隔约30min，鲜血便逐渐停止。结肠镜发现“盲肠溃疡”，病理为“炎症”。入院前1d于我院复查，
