非小细胞肺癌患者循环肿瘤细胞和血管内皮生长因子的联合检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)联合检测的临床意义。方法:应用免疫磁珠和酶联免疫吸附技术检测60例NSCLC和40例正常肺部疾病患者术前外周血中的循环肿瘤细胞和VEGF的表达情况,分析检测结果和肿瘤生物学特性的相关性。结果:60例非小细胞患者外周血中23例检出肿瘤细胞,阳性率为38.3%;血清VEGF含量平均为(124±67)ng/L;40例正常肺部疾病患者外周血未检出肿瘤细胞;血清VEGF含量平均为(54±12)ng/L。循环肿瘤细胞阳性和阴性患者血清VEGF水平差异无显著性(P>0.05);Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期肺癌患者两项检测阳性率均高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),腺癌患者两项检测阳性率均高于鳞癌患者(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞和VEGF检测均呈阳性可能提示肿瘤分期较晚,并和肿瘤类型有一定的相关性。
