线粒体在卵母细胞成熟和早期胚胎发育中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 卵母细胞发育、成熟是一个从量变到质变的复杂过程,需经过细胞质成熟和细胞核成熟才具备受精和进一步发育的能力。作为细胞质中含量最丰富的细胞器和细胞的"供能中心",线粒体在卵子成熟及其后胚胎发育的过程中发挥了极其重要的作用。
