莫沙比利治疗老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效

Clinical therapeutic effect of mosapride on gastroparesis in geriatric type 2 diabetic patients

目的观察莫沙比利对老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲对照试验。将80例老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分成2组,莫沙比利组40例,予莫沙比利5 mg,tid,餐前服用;对照组40例,予安慰剂餐前服用。疗程为12个月。2组患者在入选时及治疗期间每3个月测定空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2 h血糖(PBG),在入选时和疗程结束时行胃排空试验。结果 2组患者经治疗后FBG均比治疗前有所下降,且随着治疗时间的延长,FBG值越低;PBG也均比治疗前有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。莫沙比利组治疗后胃半排空时间较治疗前明显降低[(82.35±12.64)minvs(103.80±22.24)min,P<0.05];而对照组治疗前后差异未见有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙比利能改善部分老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃排空功能,有利于控制血糖。

AIM To observe the clinical effect of mosapride on gastroparesis in geriatric type 2 diabetic patients. METHODS By using randomized, single blind control and open trial, eighty geriatric type 2 diabetic patients were divided into mosapride group （ n = 40） and control group （ n = 40） randomly. Mosapride and placebo were administrated 30 min before meals during one year. Each of the patients was monitored the gastric half emptying time （GET1/2） of solid meals radiolabelled with 99mTc by nucleology at the beginning and the end of the research. The fast and postprandial blood glucose of patients were detected before treatment and every 3 months during the treatment. The GET1/2 was detected before and after treatment. RESULTS The fast blood glucose of patients in mosapride group and control group were all decreased after treatment. The longer the treatment time was, the lower fasting blood glucose （FBG） decreased. The postprandial blood glucose（PBG） was also decreased after treatment, but it was insignificant P （ 〉 0.05）. It showed that GET1/2 of mosapride group decreased significantly after treatment compared with that of control group[（82.35 ± 12.64） rain vs （ 103.80 ±22.24） min, P 〈 0.05 ] and it was insignificant in control group （ P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION It has showed that mosapride may improve the gastric emptying in some of geriatric type 2 diabetic patients and can help to control blood glucose.
