摘要
从种子细胞的来源和载体支架的筛选两个方面对组织工程人角膜上皮的体外重建及其研究中所存在的问题与解决途径进行综述。
From the aspects of seeder cell source and scaffold carrier selection,in vitro reconstruction of tissue-engi-neered human corneal epithelium,and the existing problems and resolving pathways during its research were reviewed.
