重症肌无力患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子、IL-6水平检测及临床意义

Detection and clinical significance of the serum levels of B lymphocyte activating factor and interleukin-6 in patients with myasthenia gravis

目的探讨B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BAFF)和白介素6(IL-6)在重症肌无力发病中的作用及临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法检测32例重症肌无力患者(MG组)和30例健康人(NC组)血清中BAFF及IL-6的水平,对32例MG患者病情按许贤豪绝对评分法进行评分,分析BAFF和IL-6的临床意义。结果 MG患者外周血清BAFF、IL-6水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05),Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型MG患者IL-6水平显著高于Ⅰ型患者,IL-6水平与患者临床绝对评分呈显著正相关。结论 BAFF、IL-6参与MG的免疫病理机制,MG患者血清IL-6水平与病情轻重程度密切相关。

Objective To study the pathogenic mechanism and clinical significance of B lymphocyte activating factor （BAFF） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in patients with myasthenia gravis （MG）. Methods The serum levels of BAFF and IL-6 were measured in 32 patients with MG and 30 normal controls （NC） by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The absolute scores of 32 patients with MG were rated by XU Xian-hao score system. Results The levels of BAFF and IL-6 in patients with MG were significantly higher than those of NC group （P0.05）. The levels of IL-6 in typeⅡ and Ⅲ MG were higher than that of typeⅠMG. The levels of IL-6 were positive correlation with the absolute scores of MG. Conclusions BAFF and IL-6 are involved in the pathogenic immunologic mechanisms of MG and IL-6 might have an evident correlation with the severity of MG.
