长期心理应激对大鼠咬肌热休克蛋白70表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨长期心理应激对大鼠咬肌热休克蛋白70(heat shock prote in 70,HSP70)表达的影响。方法:72只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为3组:空白对照组、足部电击组和心理应激组,采用免疫组化SP法和W estern b lotting法,检测应激1、3和5周后大鼠咬肌中HSP70的表达。结果:各时间点对照组咬肌内HSP70表达无变化;与同时间点对照组比较,心理应激1周和3周时,心理应激组大鼠咬肌HSP70的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05);但5周心理应激组大鼠咬肌HSP70的表达明显升高(P<0.05),且高于1周和3周应激组(P<0.05)。结论:长期心理应激可以引起大鼠咬肌HSP70表达的增强。 Objective: To investigate the effect of long-term psychological stress on the expression of HSP70 in the masseter muscles in rats.Methods: Seventy-two SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group,foot shock group(FS group) and psychological stress group(PS group),with 24 rats in each group.The PS group was placed into the communication box to receive the psychological stress,which was produced by the FS rats during the experimental period.The expressions of HSP70 in masseter muscles in the PS group and control group were detected by SP immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.Results: The expression of HSP70 in masseter muscles showed no difference between the PS group and the control group 1 week or 3 weeks after psychological stress(P 0.05).However,the HSP70 expression increased significantly in the masseter muscles of PS group 5 weeks after stress(P 0.05),and also expressed more than the other PS groups(P 0.05).Conclusion: Long-term psychological stress results in the enhancement of HSP70 expression in the masseter muscles in rats.
