口腔扁平苔藓病损区细胞间黏附分子1、干扰素γ表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)病损形成及发展中的作用和意义。方法:55例OLP和10例正常口腔黏膜石蜡包埋组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测ICAM-1和IFN-γ蛋白表达情况,分析两者的相关性及其与OLP临床病理特征的关系。结果:ICAM-1和IFN-γ在OLP病损中的表达高于正常口腔黏膜中的表达,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OLP上皮组织中ICAM-1的表达与IFN-γ的表达存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。IFN-γ和上皮ICAM-1的阳性表达率与OLP基底细胞液化程度存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:OLP病损中ICAM-1异常高表达可能与IFN-γ有关,两者协同参与了口腔扁平苔藓病理过程,可能在OLP病损形成中起重要作用。 Objective: To elucidate the possible role of cytokine ICAM-1 and IFN-γ in human oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods: Paraffin-embedded tissues of 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 55 cases of oral lichen planus tissues were investigated for the expressions of ICAM-1 and IFN-γ proteins by immunohistochemistry SP methods and their clinical and pathological significance in OLP were statistically analyzed.Results: ICAM-1 and IFN-γ were over expressed compared with healthy oral mucosa(P 0.05).There was significant association between the positive expressions of epithelium ICAM-1 and IFN-γ(P 0.05).There was significant association between the positive expressions of ICAM-1,IFN-γ and liquification grades of basal cells(P 0.05).Conclusion: IFN-γ may drive the pathological destruction by elevating ICAM-1 generation locally in OLP.ICAM-1 may participate in pathological destruction of OLP in coordination with IFN-γ.
