摘要 目的探讨低场磁共振质子密度加权成像(PDWI)在显示颅颈交界区(CCJ)韧带结构的应用价值。方法使用GE Signa Excite0.35T永磁型磁共振,快速自旋回波(FSE)序列PDWI,对40名健康志愿者行CCJ韧带扫描,分析CCJ韧带的MRI表现及其显示率。结果 40例CCJ韧带均能良好显示,其中寰枕前膜、寰枕后膜-硬膜复合体、覆膜-硬膜复合体、横韧带及翼状韧带显示率均为100%(40/40),齿突尖韧带的显示率为30%(12/40)。结论低场磁共振PDWI对CCJ韧带的结构显示清晰,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of low field MR proton density weighted imaging (PDWI) in ligamentous structures in the region of craniocervical junction CCJ . Methods Forty healthy volunteers were performed MR examination in the ligaments in CCJ using fast spin echo FSE PDWI sequence by GE Signa Excite 0.35 T MR system. The MRI manifestation of the ligaments in CCJ were assessed. Results The ligaments in CCJ were displayed clearly in all of 40 cases. The display ratio of the anterior atlantooccipital membrane, posterior atlantooccipital membrane-dura complex, tectorial ligament-dura complex, transverse ligament and the alar ligament was 100% (40/40) respectively, the display ratio of the apical ligament was 30% (12/40) . Conclusion Low field MR PDWI could precisely demonstrate ligamentous structures in CCJ, it has high value in clinical application.
