Survivin蛋白在肺鳞癌CT征象中表达的意义

目的探讨Survivin蛋白在肺鳞癌CT征象中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法对96例肺鳞癌组织Survivin蛋白表达进行检测;并对肺鳞癌Survivin蛋白表达情况与螺旋CT扫描征象进行相关性分析。结果肺鳞癌患者的Survivin蛋白的表达状况与肺鳞癌的CT特征包话集中征、偏心空洞征象均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺鳞癌患者的Survivin蛋白的表达与肺鳞癌的肿块大小、深分叶征、棘突征、胸膜凹陷征、强化程度情况相关(P≤0.05)。不同TNM分期中Survivin蛋白表达阳性率有统计意义(p<0.01),分期越高,阳性表达率越高。淋巴结有转移者Survivin蛋白表达阳性率为70.9%,淋巴结无转移者为39.0%,相互比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。Survivin蛋白表达与患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型和分化程度无明显相关性(p>0.05)。结论肺鳞癌CT征象是肺癌诊断的基本依据,当这些征象多数或集中发生时,具有定性诊断价值,Survivin蛋白测定同样有利于推断肿瘤的生长情况及患者的预后。

Survivin in lymph protein expression was 70.9%, lymph node metastasis were 39.0%, compared with each other, the difference was statistically significant （p ／u003c0.01）. Survivin protein expression and patient age, gender, histological type and degree of differentiation was no significant correlation （p／u003e 0. 05）. Conclusion Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the lung CT is the fundamental basis of lung cancer diagnosis, when most of these signs or centralized, with qualitative diagnosis, determination of the same benefit Survivin protein infer tumor growth condition and prognosis.
