摘要
为满足低阻值新型焊接材料的焊接要求,研究设计了一种最大输出电流达20kA的中频逆变电阻点焊电源.采用绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)构成全桥式逆变主电路;通过有限双极性控制,实现零电压零电流(ZVZCS)软开关;控制电路以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,通过对初级采样电流值进行有效处理,采用增量式PID控制方法,实现对脉宽调制电路的精准控制.结果表明,电源设计合理,控制电路稳定可靠,适于大功率焊接.
To meet the welding requirements of the new materials with low resistance,a digital powerful medium frequency inverter-based resistance spot welding power is designed,with the maximum output current of 20 kA. In the power supply,IGBT modules are used to compose the full-bridge converter and the bipolar limited soft-switching PWM drive mode is adopted. It realizes the zero-voltage zero-current switching (ZVZCS) and reduces the loss of power switch pipe. Control circuit takes digital signal processor as core,and contains the true RMS processing circuit and the incremental PID control method. All these finally lead to precise control of the power pulse width modulation circuit. Experiment results demonstrate design of the main circuit is valid,the control system is stable and reliable.
