摘要
视神经损伤后,视网膜神经节细胞进行性损害,轴突变性坏死,再生困难。睫状神经营养因子是一种非靶源性神经营养因子,在视网膜神经节细胞的生长发育中起重要调控作用,主要表现在对损伤的视网膜神经节细胞有促进存活及轴突再生的作用。
Retina1 ganglion cells will be damaged constantly with axon degeneration and even necrosis and difficult regeneration of axons after the optic nerve is injuried. Ciliary neurotrophic factor is a non-target-derived neurotrophic factor, plays an important role in regulating the growth and development of retinal ganglion cells, mostly and in promoting the repair of the injured retinal ganglion cells and axonal regeneration.
