Effects of Minor Sc and Zr Compound Alloying on Microstructure and Properties of Al-4Cu-1.5Mg Alloy

摘要 试验研究了Sc和Zr复合微合金化对Al-4Cu-1.5Mg合金铸态显微组织与力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,复合添加微量Sc和Zr,有效改善了合金铸态微观组织,细化了合金晶粒,使粗大的树枝晶转变为均匀细小的等轴晶。当Sc、Zr含量分别为0.4%和0.2%时,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率分别为275.0MPa、176.0MPa和8.0%,与未添加合金元素的Al-4Cu-1.5Mg合金相比,抗拉强度提高了55.3%,伸长率提高了近3倍。 Effects of minor Sc and Zr compound alloying on as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-4Cu-1.5Mg alloy were investigated.It is found that as-cast microstructure of the alloy is effectively improved by minor Sc and Zr compound addition,in which grain size is greatly refined and coarse dendrite is converted into uniform fine equiaxe grain.Tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloy with 0.4% Sc and 0.2% Zr compound addition reach up to 275.0MPa,176.0MPa and 8.0%,respectively,increased by 55.3% in tensile strength and about 300% in elongation compared with Al-4Cu-1.5Mg matrix alloy.
