摘要
对发电机支架压铸件由于变形和黑皮导致报废的情形进行了检查和分析,发现变形主要发生在切边模去浇口的过程中,清理环节在手工去长圆形槽隔皮过程中则有敲打变形发生,变形后在毛坯U型槽、长圆形槽和孔的同一侧由于加工不到而出现黑皮。通过调节切边模刃口部位间隙、改进零件的专用挂具、调整通止规的高度等措施,大大减少了变形和黑皮废品。
Structural characteristics of die casting generator bracket were described.Effects of post treatment,such as trimming,cleaning and blast,on deformation of die casting generator bracket were analyzed.Based on analyzed result,optimization of die casting process was conducted to decrease deformation defects during post treatment,reducing scrap rate.
