针对常规消失模铸造工艺生产的耐磨球力学性能和耐磨性差的特点,采用铬铁矿砂代替石英砂可提高金属液的冷却速度,增强激冷能力,改善基体组织,从而提高耐磨球的力学性能和耐磨性。

Aiming at low mechanical properties and wear resistance of conventional LFC ductile iron castings,new sand was adopted to increase the cooling rate of metal melt and strengthen the chilling ability to improve the matrix microstructure,greatly increasing mechanical properties and wear resistance of ductile iron ball.
