摘要
在离心浇注过程中,承口砂芯是形成铸管承口内腔的尺寸保证,承口砂芯不仅要承受高温铁水的冲击,还要经受巨大离心力的作用。介绍了砂芯的技术要求及结构特点;分析了大口径手工制芯中传统芯盒底座与改进后芯盒底座的区别及优缺点。经生产验证,用改进后的芯盒工装能有效降低芯盒的损坏率、提高铸件外观质量及砂芯成型率、降低工人劳动强度、减少能源消耗。
Mouthing core which is used for ensuring dimensional precision of formed mouthing cavity in the cast pipe is subjected to the impaction of high temperature Fe melt and enormous centrifugal forces during centrifugal pouring process.Technological index and structural characteristics of sand core were described.The identification and merits and dismerits of hand-made core-making conventional boxcore base and modified boxcore base with large aperture were analyzed.The practical production verifies that modified boxcore base can greatly decrease the failure rate of boxcore and improve appearance and formation rate of sand core as well as decreasing labor intensity and reducing energy consumption.
