摘要
缸盖浇注过程中局部发生气泡从铝液中逸出的现象,严重者如开水沸腾状。对于缸盖重力铸造过程中"冒泡"的现象进行了分析,发现砂芯发气量比正常的指标高出近一倍,排气措施也不充分,经过严格控制发气量以及在模具上增加负压抽气后,"冒泡"的现象得到了解决。
Bubbling phenomena in gravity casting aluminum alloy cylinder head were analyzed.It is found that gas generation from sand core is one time higher than standard index,and exhausted measures are insufficient,which are responsible for the bubbling phenomena.Bubbling phenomena in gravity casting are eliminated by strictly controlling gas generation from sand core and adding vacuum pumping system on the mould.
