LISS治疗复杂胫骨近端骨折的疗效分析 被引量:4

Treatment effects analysis of complex proximal tibia fractures with LISS

摘要 [目的]探讨微创内固定系统(less invasive stabilization system,LISS)治疗复杂胫骨近端骨折的疗效。[方法] 2007年1月~2009年4月,用LISS手术治疗胫骨平台复杂骨折30例,其中男22例,女8例;年龄18~71岁,平均39.6岁。按AO分型:A3型8例,B3型6例,C1型3例,C2型9例,C3型4例。其中8例为开放性损伤,7例合并有其他部位骨折。受伤至手术时间1~14 d,平均3.5 d,均采用LISS固定。[结果]所有患者均随访11~24个月,平均17.5个月,平均手术时间80 min(60~120 min)。所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间12周(10~15周),其中1例浅表感染,1例患者出现6°内翻畸形,无深部感染,无深静脉血栓,无骨折复位丢失及骨折不愈合,无钢板断裂。按照HSS评分:优20例,良6例,中3,差1例,优良率86.7%。[结论] LISS微创内固定系统治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折固定牢固、创伤小、手术时间短、并发症少、骨折愈合率高,是十分理想的内固定材料。
