血管内皮保护在防治动脉粥样硬化中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 血管内皮在保持血管稳定方面发挥着重要的作用^[1],内皮功能随增龄受损并且动脉弹性减低与内皮功能障碍有关^[2]。血管内皮功能障碍不仅是动脉粥样硬化的始动因素,也是心血管危险因子作用的靶器官,因此,保护血管内皮功能成为治疗心血管疾病的新靶点之一。
