强酸性电解质水对根管壁牙本质显微硬度的影响 被引量:3

Influence of endodontic irrigation with strong acid electrolytic water on dentin micro-hardness

摘要 目的:体外观察比较强酸性电解质水(SAEW)与其他冲洗液对根管壁牙本质显微硬度的影响。方法:收集新鲜拔除的单根、单根管牙40个,截去牙冠,常规逐步后退法预备根管至#40后,随机分为5组,分别用SAEW,30mL/L过氧化氢液配合超声振荡以及52.5g/L次氯酸钠+150g/LEDTA交替冲洗的方法冲洗根管。然后将每个牙根平均横截为根上、根中、根尖3段,再纵向劈开,每组8个牙共48个试件,用显微硬度仪分别测量各组冲洗处理后根管壁显微硬度。结果:与空白对照组相比,各处理组均不同程度的降低了根管壁牙本质显微硬度,其中强酸性电解质水超声冲洗3min组和EDTA组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),而强酸性电解质水冲洗1min和过氧化氢液组与对照组相比没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:强酸性电解质水结合超声振荡1min对根管壁显微硬度无明显影响。 AIM: To evaluate the influence of strong acid electrolytic water (SAEW) and several other en- dodontic irrigation solutions on the micro-hardness of root canal dentin. METHODS: The crowns of forty freshly ex- tracted single-rooted teeth were sectioned at the cemento-enamel junction, and the canals were prepared using standard step-back technique with K-files. After canal preparation, irrigation was performed using 52.5 g/L NaOC1 plus 150 g/L EDTA, 3% H202 plus ultrasonic vibration or SAEW plus ultrasonic vibration, respectively. No irrigation group served as blank control. The roots were then sectioned horizontally into 3 parts, split longitudinally into halves and examined under a micro Vickers hardness test machine. RESULTS: After irrigation, the micro-hardness of root canal dentin decreased at various degrees. Compared with that of the control group, the micro-hardness of the SAEW group ( 1 min) and the 5% H202 group was not significantly affected, while that of SAEW group (3 min) and 150 g/L EDTA group was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION : Irrigation with SAEW under ultrasonic vibra- tion within 1 min has no influence on the micro-hardness of root canal wall. It is recommended to apply this method in endodontic irrigation.
