129个脱位牙治疗的临床分析

A clinial analysis of the dislocated tooth treatment

目的:探讨影响脱位牙治疗效果的相关因素。方法:对129个脱位牙进行相关治疗和再植,并随访观察,对其治疗效果和影响因素进行分析。结果:通过2年的随访观察,129个脱位牙治疗后,成功88个,其中嵌入性脱位牙成功率18.2%,部分脱位牙成功率79.4%,完全脱位牙成功率70.2%。14个根尖未发育完成的牙(部分脱出8个,完全脱出6个)牙髓有活力,根尖继续发育完成。结论:脱位牙体外贮存的方式和脱位的时间、病人年龄、根管治疗时机、固定方法是影响疗效的重要因素,嵌入性脱位牙治疗效果不理想。

AIM： To analyze factors related with clinical effect of dislocated tooth treatment. METHODS： A total of 129 dislocated teeth （including 12 impacted dislocation, 34 partial dislocation and 84 complete dislocation） were included in this clinical analysis. After treatment the patients were followed-up for 2 years and success rate of treatment was determined according to Andereasen＇s criteria. RESULTS： At 2 year follow-up, the total success rate was 68.3%. The success rate for impacted dislocation, partial dislocation and complete dislocation was 18.2%, 79.4%and 70. 2% respectively. Furthermore, the dental pulp of all the t4 young permanent teeth was living. CONCLUSION ： Storage methods of dislocated teeth, time of dislocation, age of patient, root canal therapy timing and fixation method affected the prognosis of dislocated teeth. Impacted dislocated teeth showed the lowest success rate after treatment.
