合理选择自动化腹膜透析，我们准备好了吗？

摘要
随着终末期肾脏病发病率的增长和腹膜透析技术的改进，近20年来，世界范围内尤其是亚洲国家的维持性腹透患者逐年上升。据不完全统计，截至2009年底我国大约有腹透患者2万余人，其中绝大多数为持续性非卧床腹膜透析（CAPD）。与此相反，其他国家进行自动化腹膜透析（APD）的患者比例远大于我国。
