摘要
‘新番41号’（屯河48号）是晚熟加工番茄一代杂种,自封顶类型,生长势强。果实高圆形,鲜红色,平均单果质量80g,可溶性固形物含量5.0%~5.4%,总酸含量低（2.33g·kg-1）,风味好,果肉细腻,适合加工低酸番茄酱。从播种至始收119d,产量90000~105000kg·hm-2,可作为晚熟育苗移栽或直播栽培。
＇Xinfan 41＇（Tunhe 48）is a processing tomato hybrid.Its plants are determinate and it grows vigorously.The average fruit weight is 80 g,and the soluble solids content is 5.0% ~ 5.4﹪.It takes about 119 days from sowing to the first harvest.Its fruits contain low total acid,so it is suitable for processing low acid tomato paste.The yield is 90 000-105 000 kg · hm-2.This variety can be planted by late seedling transplanting or seed sowing.
