乳腺癌患者血清过氧化物酶及肿瘤坏死因子测定的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血清过氧化物酶(Peroxidase.POD)和肿瘤坏死因子(TumorNecrosisFactor.TNF)测定的临床意义。方法:测定30例乳腺癌,30例良性乳腺疾病和30例正常女性的血清POD活性和TNF含量,并对两者之间的关系。它们与肿瘤组织坏死程度及癌周淋巴细胞量的关系进行了分析。结果:乳腺癌患者血清POD活性明显升高,且与血清TNF含量密切相关。血清POD活性及TNF含量均与肿瘤坏死程度、癌周淋巴细胞量呈正相关。结论:血清POD可刺激巨噬细胞释放TNF等细胞介质,导致肿瘤坏死和癌周淋巴细胞侵润,测定血清POD活性可反映乳腺癌患者的免疫状态。血清POD活性的测定,还有助于乳腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断。 Objective:To search the clinical value of serum peroxidase (POD) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in patients with breast cancer. Methods: The serum POD activtity and TNF level were detected in 30 cases of breast cancer, 30 cases of benign breast diseases and 30 cases of normal female. The relationship between serum POD and TNF were established, and their associations with necrosis of tumor tissues and numbers of lymphocytes in the sunounding tissues of the tumor were studied. Results: The results showed that the serum POD activity and TNF level rised significantly in patients with breast cancer, and there were a significant relationship between serum POD activity and serum TNF level. The serum POD activity and TNF level also had significant positive correlations with degrees of tumor necrosis and numbers of lymphocytes in the surrounding tissues of the tumor. Conclusions: This study suggests that peroxidase can activate macrophage to secrete cytotoxins such as tumor necrosis factor, resulting in necrosis of tumor tissues and infiltration of lymphocytes in the surounding of the tumor. The measurement of serum POD activity can reflect the immune condition of the patients with breast cancer, and help to diagnose breast cancer.
