应用免疫组化方法，观察＂m23基因蛋白在贲门癌组织的表达，并探讨其在临床病理方面的意义。1材料和方法收集1992年一1996年我室活检档案中资料完整、有存档蜡块的贲门癌60例，切缘基本正常的粘膜10例。标本均经10％福尔马林液固定，石蜡切片。除HE染色外，应用免疫组织化...
