颌下腺结石症的临床与X线研究

Clinical and X_rays study on the sialolithiasis in submandibular cland

目的通过对５７例颌下腺结石症的临床与Ｘ线特征的研究，为临床医生提供颌下腺结石症的诊断依据及确定治疗方案。方法对５７例患者常规拍摄口底横断牙合片，颌下腺侧位片，以及颌下腺插管造影侧位片。结果口底横断牙合片发现结石１９例，３８例在插管造影检查中有结石存在，术后证实为泥沙状。结论单纯取石术后，复发率较高，建议在颌下腺造影检查中Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的患者均应手术摘除颌下腺。

Objectives To provide diagnosed bases and determine the ways of treatment.The charaters of the clinic and X-rays were studied on 57 cases with the sialolithiasis in submandibular gland.Methods By the routine cross-sectional film and submandibular-gland lateral film,and the submandibular gland′s tube-graphy lateral film were taken.Results The sialolithiasis were found on 19 cases in the cross-sectional film 38 cases were found sandy-like sialolithiasis by tube-graph and operation.Conclusions The recur rates are high when simple calculus was taken,and suggerted that the patients with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ should be performed abscission.
