摘要
采用溶液聚合方法,以丙烯酸(AA)与丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂以及一定量的高岭土,通过正交实验设计合成了高岭土/聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水性树脂(CPAAM),得到了最优配方条件为:单体总浓度35%(质量浓度,下同),丙烯酸中和度60%,引发剂、交联剂浓度分别为0.2%、0.08%(相对于总单体质量),高岭土浓度5%(相对于总单体质量);此时CPAAM在自来水、0.9%NaCl溶液中的吸液倍率分别为221、47g/g;同时考察了其在有机溶液中的吸液性能。
Kaolin/poly(acrylic acid-acrylamide) composite high water-absorbing resins(CPAAM) were prepared through orthogonal experimental design by solution polymerization,using acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers,N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylmide(NMBA) as crosslinker,potassium sulfate(KPS) as initiator and a certain proportion of the kaolin.The best formula was obtained as follow: tall concentration of monomer was 35%(w%,the same as follow),acrylic acid neutralization 60%,concentrations of initiator and crosslinker were 0.2% and 0.08% respectively(relative to tall monomer mass),kaolin concentration was 5%(relative to tall monomer mass).Their absorbencies were studied in tap water and 0.9% NaCl solution,the organic solvent solutions,etc.The results have shown that the absorbencies in tap water and in 0.9% NaCl solution were 221g/g and 47g/g respectively.Moreover,the swelling properties of CPAAM in organic solvent solutions were studied.
