摘要
以聚醚(FF-2)和含氢硅油(PHMS)为原料,制得兼有两者性能的聚醚改性硅油。对合成产物进行了红外表征,测定了其黏度指数(VI)、粘温系数(VTC)和表面张力(ST),讨论了PHMS含氢量和黏度对产物性质的影响。根据计算出的产物的链节比和聚合度,研究了产物分子结构对其粘温系数和表面张力的影响。结果表明:在考察范围内,聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的黏度指数和表面张力都随链节比的增加而增加;随着聚合度的增加,产物黏度指数增加,表面张力变小;二元回归方程很好地预测了聚醚改性硅油的VTC和ST,误差绝对值分别控制在0.0149和0.0650内。
Poly(methylsiloxane) modified by polyether,which combines the propertied of poly(methylsiloxane) and polyether,was prepared from polyether and poly(methylsiloxane).The product structure was characterized by IR spectrum.Viscosity index,viscosity-temperature coefficient and surface tension of the product were tested.The influence of viscosity and hydrogen content of poly(methylsiloxane) on the properties of product was discussed.According to unit ratio and polymerization degree of products,the influence of product structure on viscosity index and surface tension was studied.The results indicated that in the range of researching,viscosity index and surface tension of product were increasing with the increase of unit ratio and polymerization degree of products,viscosity index was increasing and surface tension was decreasing.The regression equations were effective and accurate,and the absolute values of standard error of viscosity-temperature coefficient and surface tension were within the limit of 0.0149 and 0.0650 respectively.
