摘要
以合成的丙烯酸长链烷烃酯为活性增塑剂,研究其添加量对于SBS热熔型压敏胶性能的影响,同时研究了体系中加入TPO为光引发剂后,UV辐射对于压敏胶性能的影响。通过DMA和压敏胶带力学性能测试,结果表明,10%活性增塑剂加入可将压敏胶体系的初粘力从小于4号提高到粘住6号小球,UV辐射可以在保证初粘性能的同时获得30h的持粘性能,得到性能和丙烯酸酯类压敏胶带相似的SBS为基体的热熔型压敏胶。
A new type of acrylate containing a long alkane chain was prepared and used as a reactive plasticizer.The effect of the reactive plasticizer content on the performance of HMPSA system was investigated through dynamic mechanical analysis and mechanical properties.The properties of HMPSA were also investigated after it was cross-linked by UV radiation at amounts of TPO as the photoinitiator.The results indicated that the tack property of HMPSA could be greatly improved from less than 4# steel ball to 6# ball by adding small amount of reactive softener and the holding power could be improved by a UV radiation while kept the good tack property(30 hours).At last the performance of the SBS based HMPSA could be equal to the performance of acrylic HMPSA.
