超薄膨胀型木结构防火涂料的制备

Exploitation of ultra-thin intumescent fireproof coating for wood structure

用硅丙乳液为基料,以季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵和三聚氰胺为膨胀阻燃体系,由二氧化钛、玻璃微珠和海泡石作为填料制备了超薄膨胀型木结构防火涂料。对各组分的作用进行了探讨,得出了最佳工艺配方。经检测,耐火时间达到50min,明显高于国家标准(GB12441-1998)20min的时间,其它性能也全部符合国家标准。

A kind of ultra-thin intumescent fire retardant coating for wood structure was prepared,with silicone-acrylic emulsion as binder,pentaerythritol,ammonium polyphosphate and melamine as fire retardant system,TiO2,glass microballon and meerschaum as filler.The effect of various components was discussed.Thus the best formulation has been confirmed.The fire-resistant time achieved 50min,which was much higher than 20min according to GB12441-1998.The performance of this fire retardant coating were accordanced with all national standards.
