摘要
以价格低廉的淀粉来填充改性生物可降解聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)。实验表明:随着淀粉用量的增加,共混物的综合性能出现了先上升后下降趋势。在添加量为5~10份时,材料的综合力学性能得到了较好地改善。同时通过增容剂的加入,两者的相容性明显得到改善,特别是相容剂(EMH4210)含量为7份时,淀粉用量为10%也依然可以保持比较好的性能。DSC表明:淀粉的加入使得共混物的结晶温度向高温方向偏移,结晶度随之而降低。SEM分析表明:增容剂的加入不但改善了淀粉的分散效果,而且还大大地提高了淀粉与PBAT之间的相容性。
The mechanical properties and compatibility of the poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) modified by starch were investigated.The results showed that tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of starch increased greatly when the content of starch was 5~10phr;the mechanical properties of PBAT/ Starch blends improved with the introduction of compatibilizer.DSC indicated that the crystallinity temperature of blends increased with starch increasing.The crystallinity degree of blends reduced with starch increasing.SEM also indicated that the compatibility between PBAT and starch was improved greatly when the compatibilizer was used in the blends.The experiments showed that the optimum dosage of compatibilizer(ENH4210) was about 7phr,the blends maintained a better dispersibility when the content of starch was 10phr,which demonstrated a good miscibility between starch and PBAT.
