Changes of prostate specific antigen following age

为了探讨血清前列腺特异抗原（ＰＳＡ）的随龄变化，用ＡＢＣ－ＥＬＩＳＡ检测了１００例前列腺正常的男性血清ＰＳＡ的浓度。结果显示，年龄与血清ＰＳＡ显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），随着年龄的增加，ＰＳＡ浓度逐渐增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。不同年龄段的第９５％百分位数分别为：＜５０岁者为３．８μｇ／Ｌ，５０～５９岁者为４．４μｇ／Ｌ，６０～６９岁者为６．８μｇ／Ｌ，≥７０岁者为７．７μｇ／Ｌ。因此。

To discuss the changes of prostate specific antigen(PSA) following age,the serum concentrations of PSA were measured by ABC ELISA in 100 men with normal prostate gland.The results revealed that the age was apparently correlated with serum levels of PSA( P<0 01) .The serum concentration of PSA were gradually increased as the age.The P 95 values in <50、50～59、60～69 and >70 years of old were 3 8、4 4、6 8 and 7 7 μg/L respectively.Therefore the result indicates that the age influenced the serum levels of PSA,and the different reberence values should be applied basing on the different age.
