摘要
采用天然染料黄连素对腈纶纤维进行染色,研究了黄连素在腈纶纤维上的升温上染速率曲线,黄连素用量对腈纶表观色深和荧光效果的影响,探讨了黄连素在腈纶纤维上的吸附机理,以及染色织物的牢度。研究表明,当染料用量为0.3%(owf)时,黄连素在腈纶纤维上吸附较快,加入适量缓染剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)可以降低染料的上染速率;在一定的染料用量范围内,黄连素在腈纶纤维上具有很好的提升性能,染料在腈纶纤维上具有一定的荧光效率;腈纶纤维黄连素染色中深色织物的水洗和摩擦牢度均在4~5级以上。
Natural dye berberine was applied to dye acrylic fiber.The curve reflected the relation between the dye up-take and dyeing temperature,the dosage of berberine for built-up property and fluorescent effect of acrylic fiber were analyzed,the mechanism of berberine adsorption on acrylic fiber and the fastness of dyed acrylic fabrics were also investigated.It was found that,when the dosage of dye was 0.3%(owf),the dyeing rate of berberine on acrylic fiber was quick,the dyeing rate became a little slow by the additive of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).The built-up property of berberine on acrylic fabrics was very good,and the dyed fabric had a little of fluorescent effect.The color fastness of acrylic fibers were above 4-5 class after dyed berberine.
